# I can't sign into my TravelStorys account with Facebook Anymore

Due to recent changes made by Facebook, If you created a TravelStorys account with us using Facebook to login, you will have to create a new account with us, if you have made purchases on your previous account please reach out to us on [TravelStorys Helpdesk](https://help.travelstorys.com/en/) and click “Chat with us” and we’ll restore your purchases on your new account with proof of purchase.
