How to Take a Tour On the Web

Need help navigating this interactive audio tour? Here are some tips:

To take this tour remotely:
Click on any story site on the map and then click on the blue arrow that appears in the pop-up box. This will take you to a new screen where you can listen to that story site's audio and see the text and images associated with it. (You can also view a list of the story sites by clicking on the stack of horizontal bars in the upper-left corner of the screen.)
To return to the map screen, click on the back arrow in the top-left corner of the story-site screen.
If you'd like to listen to the entire tour from beginning to end (podcast style) without having to select the story sites individually, click on the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the map screen. Then select "Play All Stories."
You can navigate around the tour map just as you would with any other interactive map. Use the plus and minus signs in the lower-right corner of the map to zoom in or out. (Zooming in is especially helpful if the story-site icons are overlapping.) Grab and move the map around by clicking and holding onto the map background.
There are three different views available on this map. In the upper-right corner, you can select either "map" or "satellite" view. Or you can grab the orange person icon on the right side of the map, drag it to any location, and then release it there to enjoy a "street" view.
To learn more about this tour's sponsor, click on the people icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Click on the information button (the green circle with a white "i") in the lower-left corner of the screen to learn more about this tour and how to use it.

To take this tour on-site:
Download the TravelStorys app to your mobile phone for free. Then select and download the tour. The audio, text, and images will launch automatically as you approach each story site.

If you have any trouble taking the tour either remotely or on-site, please refer to our frequently asked questions or contact TravelStorysGPS.
