No. Our patented technology allows users to enjoy the tour experience without any cell service or WiFi. Just download the app and tour ahead of time, and let our technology do the rest.
Please make sure you are using a device with a GPS chip. All "Wi-Fi" only iPads do not support GPS based triggering in the field. If your iPad contains a cellular chip, your device includes a GPS chip and should function as normal.
