I can't hear any audio from my tour!

If you can't hear audio from your device while taking a tour, please try these troubleshooting steps:



Make sure your iPhone's mute switch is turn off.
It should look like this:

Make sure you set your location preferences for TravelStorys to "Always Allow"
You can check this by doing the following:
1. Open the settings app on your iPhone
2. Search for TravelStorys
3. Tap Location and make sure it's set to "Always".
If using headphones, make sure your headphones are plugged in all the way and the volume is turned up.
If you are using an Android phone, please make sure your device is not on silent or vibrate mode and the volume is turned all the way up!
