Do I need cell phone service to take a tour?
No. Our patented technology allows users to enjoy the tour experience without any cell service or WiFi. Just download the app and tour ahead of time, and let our technology do the rest. Please make sure you are using a device with a GPS chip. All "Wi-Fi" only iPads do not support GPS based triggering in the field. If your iPad contains a cellular chip, your device includes a GPS chip and should function as normal.
Why is my tour downloading slow?
The speed of your download depends on the reliability of your internet connection. We recommend downloading tours using Wi-Fi before you depart on your tour, to prevent any delay from enjoying your tour!
What mode of transportation should I use when I take a tour?
Each tour listing has an icon in the top right the corresponds to the method of transportation it was designed for. We offer walking, driving, biking, kayak, and even chair lift tours!
